“Everyone has a story. It might not be a love story. It could be a story of dreams, friendship, hope, survival or even death. And every story is worth telling. But more than that, it’s worth living” – Savi Sharma, Novelist
I truly believe that as humans, we all have a story to tell. As a clinician it would be my honor to be a part of this chapter in your story. I work with people from all walks of life, providing a safe and healing environment in which we can comfortably explore a variety of topics from grief, trauma, life-changes, and anxiety, to depression, self-esteem, feelings of hopelessness, and many more. Some of my areas of interest include relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, and childhood trauma.
My counseling model pulls from many different approaches including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I truly believe we are all capable of developing healthy coping mechanisms, learning new skills, and fostering a sense of balance.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Northern Arizona University. I also received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy connecting with friends, family, and learning fun facts! I also enjoy spending time outside exploring our beautiful Northern Arizona scenery with my Jack Russel Terrier.
