Kristopher Dohse, Practice Manager, Founder

As practice manager, it is my role to support the therapists at Cultivate Counseling by creating a platform from which they can thrive and feel supported in all of their logistical needs. I am passionate about building a trauma informed workspace where therapists feel safe to engage with their complete human spectrum. It is also my role to support Cultivate Counseling in expanding their offerings based on the mental health needs of the Flagstaff community.

When I’m not working at Cultivate Counseling you can find me anywhere outside in our beautiful Northern Arizona Community.

Brianna Valentine, Office Manager, Billing Team Member

As the Office Manager at Cultivate Counseling, my role is to ensure that both our therapists and clients have the support they need to thrive. I am responsible for pairing each client with the best-fit therapist based on their unique needs and preferences. I also handle all insurance and billing inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, I focus on creating a trauma-informed, organized workspace where our therapists feel empowered and supported in their work. I am passionate about building an environment where they can show up as their authentic selves and feel safe to do so.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, hunting for hidden treasures at thrift stores, and getting lost in a good book. Spending quality time with my family, including our Australian Shepherd mixes, is my favorite thing to do.

Kristine Pavlik, Billing Specialist

As the Billing Specialist at Cultivate Counseling, my role is to ensure that all insurance and billing matters are handled smoothly and efficiently for our clients. I work diligently to address any questions or concerns related to insurance coverage and billing, helping our clients navigate the process with ease.
