Our waitlist is now open! The timeline of getting scheduled with a therapist can vary depending on your scheduling availability, if you are willing to see any therapist or hoping to see a specific therapist. We work hard to make sure all potential client's are scheduled with a therapist that feels like a good fit for their needs. As of today, we are hoping for about 4-6 week waitlist for most of our therapist, with specific therapists waitlist’s extending out to 4-6 months.

At this time, we are no longer accepting applicants for Fall 2024, however we are currently accepting applications for January 2025 internship.

What are your specialities?

Each therapist brings their own set of specialties. Some listed specialties include: Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Postpartum, When Survivors Give Birth, Parenting With PTSD, EMDR & Body Image. You can learn more about each of our therapists by reading their bios HERE.

What is your fee?

The fee for a 50 minute session is $150 as a Private Pay Client. We also have providers in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, UMR and Aetna plans. We encourage all clients and potential clients to contact their insurance provider and inquire as to what their specific plans covers for mental health benefits. Learn more about that process HERE.

Do you have affordable counseling?

Cultivate Counseling is proud to offer low cost/high quality counseling sessions through our Counselor Internship Program. Our counseling interns enable us to reach more clients, and serve our community of Flagstaff in a greater way. The fee for a 50 minute session is $75. Insurance rates do not apply.
