Hannah Hackett

LAC, Therapist

I love humans and our messy, beautiful journeys here on earth with all our humanity. When we are provided spaces to be held, seen, and loved in our humanity, powerful things take place. As a therapist I am dedicated to providing compassionate and empathetic support for individuals navigating their unique journeys. My belief in the power of genuine connection and being seen underscores my intention to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore, reflect, be, and heal.

As a counseling generalist, I find joy in working with diverse individuals across their lifespans and addressing various challenges. In my work, I believe looking at societal factors, systems of power, and cultural narratives that influence our mental health is as important as the individual ones. Guided by person-centered, social-constructivist, and gestalt counseling, my practice integrates various modalities, including mindfulness and somatics. Rejecting a pathologizing approach, I view symptoms as natural adaptations to life's challenges. Together, we can delve into these dynamics with curiosity, kindness, and a willingness to grow.

I received my Masters Degree from Prescott College. Outside of counseling, I love doing yoga, spending time in nature, and building community. I look forward to starting our journey together.
